Our mission is to offer high quality learning and training opportunities to meet the needs of individuals and employers in Kingston and surrounding areas and to work alongside community partners to achieve this.

The course aims to raise awareness of mental health issues and how to foster good mental health and wellbeing. You will understand what is meant by the terms stress, wellbeing and good mental health. There will be group discussions and an opportunity to gain tips and techniques.

The purpose of the Level 1 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing is to develop an understanding of lifestyle choices and other factors that relate to, and impact on, health and wellbeing and to prepare learners for further learning or training in these areas.

Kingston Adult Education has a range of language classes for learners, some of which are offered at different levels. French, German, Italian and Spanish. There's something for everyone!

The introductory course which covers the principles of healthy eating focusing on food groups, key nutrients and the practical ways to incorporate these into the diet. There is a 30% concession for those on income based benefits or 10% off fees if you and a friend enrol by 15th Feb.
