Beginners, Intermediate and Improver Classes for all ages and all levels.
Tai Chi is a sequence of slow, flowing movements with gentle breathing, designed to improve balance, coordination, memory and overall well-being. It is both exercise and moving meditation, helping calm the mind while strengthening the body.
Our classes follow LAM Style Tai Chi Chuan Short Form, with gentle exercises to develop posture, breath and technique. Beginners learn
short form, white Intermediate/Improvers move into long form.
No previous experience needed just a willingness to take part.

This course introduces the fundamentals of matwork Pilates, focusing on building core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through mindful movement. You will learn key Pilates principles, essential exercises, and proper techniques.

We run a class called Feel Good Moves. It is specifically for the visually impaired community in and around the Kingston area and most of the class is audio described by our fitness instructor, Marion. The class is a mixture of yoga, tai chi and very gentle martial arts.
