We only collect and store personal information when you refer yourself or someone else to one of the services on the Connected Kingston website using the ‘make a referral’ button.

The data above is kept encrypted and stored on an Amazon Web Services provided server based in the UK.

In some circumstances, data may be accessed and processed by Ayup Digital, the platform provider, specifically for the purposes of diagnosing and debugging technical issues in relation to the website and associated infrastructure

We will use anonymised data to create reports about usage
How long will you keep my information for?
The personal information we hold will be kept for 24 months and then deleted from the system
A record that the service provider you referred yourself to received an enquiry will be kept permanently and used for audit/reporting purposes. No personal data will be held in this record.
What if I don’t want you to store my information anymore?
You have the right to contact Connected Kingston at any time and ask for any personal data to be deleted from the system. Simply email info@connectedkingston.uk
What is your legal basis for storing my information?
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, we will rely on legitimate interest as per GDPR Article 6(1)(f) for the processing of personal data.

How long will you keep my information for?
After 24 months we will delete your name, email address and/or phone number from the system. We will store the name of the organisation you represent and a record that you signposted citizens to a service provider for audit/reporting purposes. A record that the service provider you were signposted to received an enquiry will be kept permanently and used for audit/reporting purposes. No personal data will be held in this record.
