Become a Connected Kingston Champion
If you work with residents in Kingston - we offer training to help you make every conversation count.
The training programme provides you with information about Connected Kingston and the benefits of using a social prescribing approach to help signpost residents to local services and activities. The training also covers how to refer someone through the Connected Kingston website. We can run this in house for staff and volunteers or book you into an open session.

Promote Connected Kingston in your setting
If you work in a primary health care setting and want to use social prescribing to support your patients - we can help.
We offer a bite-size presentation to help you and your colleagues use Connected Kingston and give you an insight into how to link to the Community Connectors service. We can also provide marketing materials for you to use.
Please see the Community Connectors page if you would like to know how to refer someone to a social prescriber in the area.
