Discover the drama, intrigue and secrets that surround different parts of London. These hugely popular historical walks provide a great opportunity to keep fit, make friends and learn more about London’s fascinating history.
The Exploring London courses consist of a talk about an area of London, which takes place at the Hook Centre, followed the week after by a guided tour of that area.
The Wednesday Walks - Exploring London course are weekly guided walks. These walks introduce you to some of the most popular parts of London. Each walk will be led by an academic historian who is an expert tour guide, who will show you the secrets of London. By the end of the course, you will have greater appreciation of popular London areas and will be able to revisit the places, with enhanced enjoyment, on your own or with friends.
