Fridays l New Terms begin January & May 2026

Find calm, connection, and balance in the peaceful surroundings of Dorich House Museum — the former home and studio of sculptor Dora Gordine. Overlooking the edge of Richmond Park, this tranquil space offers the perfect backdrop for gentle, restorative movement that nurtures both body and mind.

Each Friday session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move mindfully in harmony with the inspiring art and architecture around you. Designed for all levels, the classes help release tension, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.

Start Dates: January 2026 & May 2026

Location: Dorich House Museum, 67 Kingston Vale, SW15 3RN

Cost: £110-£130 (13 week blocks- booking required)
