Our open classes are at the Graham Spicer Institute in New Malden every Sunday morning and Wednesday evening.
Sundays - 10:50am to 12:15pm
Wednesdays - 7:50pm to 9pm

Please bring a yoga mat to the Hook Centre. One can be provided or you can use a chair if necessary.
