This course helps people recover from respiratory conditions and manage their fatigue, stress and anxiety. It is NHS approved and guided by professional tutors.

This course is for people who have been left with on-going symptoms of:
breathlessness
fatigue
anxiety
disordered breathing
Learn breathing and singing techniques to help you manage symptoms and get support from course tutors and fellow course guests.
Breathing exercises and singing are widely accepted as a way to improve breathing, help restore lung function and capacity, and regain muscle support.

You can also volunteer to become a course tutor.
Active Breathing Course for Cancer Patients
We offer a tailored version of this course for cancer patients.
Please note sessions are all held on Zoom, so you will need a computer, email address and an understanding of how to use Zoom.
