What is this service?

Have you had a fall in the last 12 months or broken a bone as an adult?

If you have had a fall, you are worried about falling or you are worried about your bone health please visit your GP. If your GP is concerned that they will refer you to Your Health Care Falls Service.

Information and support is available via the Better Bones service.

How can I improve my balance?

You can follow online exercises, including:
