If you suffer from back pain, a shoulder or sports injury, or want a friendly environment to maintain your postnatal fitness, come and rediscover the joy of movement at one of Berrylands Pilates' classes.
Face-to-face Pilates classes
Mondays 12.30 pm -1.30 pm - Emmanuel Church Hall, 1 Grand Avenue, Surbiton, KT5 9HU.
Online Pilates classes
Mondays 9.30 am and Wednesdays 10.30 am via zoom
Strength and Balance classes are designed to strengthen muscles, improve bone health, and improve balance. They are suitable for people with osteoporosis, osteopenia, and osteoarthritis.
The classes are run by Aga Waszkielis, a Sports Rehabilitator and Pilates instructor who has experience working in the NHS and MOD with people living with long-term health conditions.
