Advice, information and guidance for those caring for someone with mental health difficulties. Break your feelings of isolation by coming along to our Peer Support Group, or by receiving 1:1 support. Face-to-face sessions are available each month on wards and community service at Tolworth Hospital.
As a partner with Health and Social Care Providers and complementary Voluntary Organisations, we can answer your questions about mental health and the services available. These relationships also enable us to campaign effectively on your behalf for improvements to services.
We also strive to de-stigmatise Mental Health by encouraging open discussion with members of the public at (for example) Community Fairs or through direct enquiry.
It was really good to hear other people’s experiences and feel a bit more connected to people in the same position.
