Advice, information and guidance for those giving unpaid care to someone with mental health difficulties.
Break your feelings of isolation by coming along to our Peer Support Group, or by receiving 1:1 support. Face-to-face sessions are available each month on wards and community service at Tolworth Hospital.
As a partner with Health and Social Care Providers and complementary Voluntary Organisations, we can answer your questions about mental health and the services available. These relationships also enable us to campaign effectively on your behalf for improvements to services.
We also strive to de-stigmatise Mental Health by encouraging open discussion with members of the public at (for example) Community Fairs or through direct enquiry.
We do not meet you at our office. We arrange a mutually acceptable location.
By signing-up to free membership, you benefit from receiving our weekly newsletter and will be invited to events.
