Community Connectors are trained Social Prescribing Link Workers aligned with local GP practices working in partnership with Staywell. They people make positive changes in their lives by linking them to volunteers, activities and voluntary/community groups who can provide support and advice.

We offer quality used and recycled furniture at low cost, from our pop-up shop in Walton-on-Thames. We can also collect unwanted furniture to be re-sold in aid of Staywell.
