What we offer:
A small purpose-built day centre close to the centre of Kingston
An enclosed patio garden and summer house for use in the warmer months of the year
Plenty of activities including chair-based exercise, singing, art activities, book club, cooking, gardening, mindfulness sessions, quizzes, puzzles, games, visits from local schools, visiting speakers, hand massage and occasional local daytrips.

We are open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-14:30.
Please note that people using the centre will need to be able to manage their own personal care.
There is limited on-site parking, including a disabled bay, as well as some on-street parking for blue badge holders.
