What is this service?

Our Saturday Support Circle has been designed for carers of people living with a dementia.

4th Saturday of every month - 10:30-12:30 at Raleigh House Day Centre, 14 Nelson Road, New Malden, KT3 5EA.

We provide a calm and safe environment to meet other carers, ask questions, get advice from experts and share experiences of caring for someone who is living with a dementia.

We also provide appropriate and structured activities for your loved one living with a dementia, led by our wonderful team of experienced staff and volunteers in an adjoining space. This enables them to accompany you on the day whilst giving you the freedom to talk freely to other carers.

Hot drinks and cake are provided.

We run a class called Feel Good Moves. It is specifically for the visually impaired community in and around the Kingston area and most of the class is audio described by our fitness instructor, Marion. The class is a mixture of yoga, tai chi and very gentle martial arts.
