Raleigh House is a warm and vibrant centre with a wonderful team of staff and volunteers ready to take care of you for the day. A full day's attendance includes a two-course lunch and plenty of refreshments.
Our modern centre is spacious and fully accessible, with a large, airy lounge and dining area, space for arts and crafts, a hairdressing salon, podiatry clinic, accessible shower room and a sheltered courtyard garden and terrace.
A variety of activities are provided, including chair-based exercise, singing, gardening, cooking, bingo, craft, pool, board games, puzzles, quizzes and a nail bar. We also celebrate special events with regular visiting bands and other live entertainment.
Transport is available for those who need it, or we can help you access alternative transport such as Dial-a-Ride.
Raleigh House can support people living with mild to moderate dementia, as well as people with other additional needs.
Mum absolutely loves Raleigh and lights up when telling us about all the activities she does there. It’s made such a difference to her life. Jo
