Yoga & Pilates Fusion blends the mindful flow and stretch of yoga with the targeted strength and stability of Pilates. It’s a mat-based class that helps you build a stronger core, improve posture, and increase flexibility while keeping a sense of calm focus.
Born from personal experience, this class was inspired when I turned to Pilates during my recovery from major foot surgery. As a dedicated yogi, I thought my core was strong — until Pilates showed me a whole new level of strength. The combination proved so effective and transformative, it became a regular part of my own training and evolved into this fusion class.
Every class draws from a wide range of yoga and Pilates practices, so no two sessions are the same. You might focus on:
Back strength and spine health
Deep core activation and stability
Balance and coordination
Upper body and postural strength
Hips and lower body conditioning
Gentle but effective stretches for mobility
Core strength work and mindful, breath-led movement are always at the heart of every session. Expect to leave feeling both strengthened and energised.
