We offer a wide range of beginner-friendly mixed classes, with a strong and growing female attendance. Many women choose our Boxing and Kickboxing Essentials sessions as a supportive introduction to training in a non-intimidating environment.
We also run an extensive children’s and junior programme, making Average Mo’s a family-friendly space where both adults and young people can train and build confidence through movement.
Classes run across daytime, evening, and weekend slots to suit a range of schedules.
