Yoga Chill is a deeply restful and therapeutic class designed to help you unwind physically and mentally.
This is your chance to leave your busy life at the studio door and create space to rebalance your nervous system. Through passive stretching and supported postures, your body can gently release held tension while your mind settles into stillness. Yoga Chill is suitable for absolutely everyone — all ages, all bodies, beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Science Behind Yoga Chill
Modern life often means we are stuck in the sympathetic nervous system mode, our “always on” stress response. Yoga Chill counters this and activates the parasympathetic nervous system through the vagus nerve, shifting you to a state of calm, safety, and deeper self-regulation. It has been scientifically proven that this style of yoga has a very beneficial effect on balancing our autonomic nervous system and the way we automatically respond to stress triggers.

We run a class called Feel Good Moves. It is specifically for the visually impaired community in and around the Kingston area and most of the class is audio described by our fitness instructor, Marion. The class is a mixture of yoga, tai chi and very gentle martial arts.
