During our workshops we cover topics including:
Why behaviour has changed – what is going on in the brain to cause:
Wandering and disturbed nights
Poor Nutrition and Hydration
Self-neglect
Lack of social graces
Aggression and Emotions
Loneliness and Isolation
As well as:
How using the ‘right’ language can make a difference to how cooperative they will be
Knowing what type of dementia your loved one has as it can explain a lot
How to pick your battles
When to get help and where to go to get it
Our free workshops are held once a month at our office in New Malden and are free to attend

We offer advice, information and guidance by phone/email for those caring for someone with mental health difficulties. Monthly Peer-support group. 1:1 Face-to-face sessions are available each month on wards and community service at Tolworth Hospital.

We support families living in Kingston. We tailor our support to specifically cater to parents under stress, or living with mental health conditions, and caters for carers.
