What is this service?

If you've got low back pain life can be pretty miserable. It can stop you doing the things you enjoy and keep you off work as well as being incredibly painful.

We hope that after watching these short films you'll feel much more confident and better equipped to deal with your back pain and stop it happening again.

You don't have to watch all the films and you can watch them in any order. But there's something in all of them that'll help you recover or cope better with your pain.

You may find the case studies helpful - remember, you're not alone! - and the simple exercises explained in the last section can help you keep your back in good shape for life!

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for people with long-term mental and physical health problems by educating them, their carers and their healthcare professionals about the most effective ways of managing their conditions.

Our vision is to bring practical, effective and credible information together in one place that will treat long term health as a complex and interconnected web of conditions and recognise that people with one condition may have other pressing needs.

You can find videos on a range of other long-term conditions on our services page.
