What is this group?

Our aim is to kickstart conversations, get people chatting and reduce loneliness along the way.

Come along to your nearest Chatty Café venue for a face-to-face chat:

Tolworth Library

Balance Cafe - St Matthews Church

Places to Eat, John Lewis Kingston

We are also running Virtual Chatty Café sessions on Zoom and we have people join from all over the UK. We keep the sessions to 10 people and under as then it is easier to have a more natural conversation. The chats are held on the following days:

  • Tuesday at 1pm

  • Thursday at 1pm

  • Friday at 1pm

All anyone needs to join is email or call The Chatty Café Operations Manager, Jenny Bimpson: Jenny@thechattycafescheme.co.uk or 07465 966 597.

Jenny will then send you the Zoom link on the morning of the chat.

There is no password to make it as easy as possible.

We also offer weekly 121 telephone calls to anyone who does not have access to technology for the Zoom chats.

We arrange for the same person to call them at the same time every week.
