Welcome to Kingston U3A! If you have recently retired, or are coming up to that exciting third age phase of your life, there is so much to do! We have an extensive range of groups you can join, covering everything from literature through arts, music, walks, discussions, dancing and table tennis to games, languages and science. There are regular monthly meetings with an interesting talk, introductory get-togethers for new members and a chance to meet people and make new friends.

We offer free drama workshops and recovery support to those affected by addiction, and give people affected by addiction a voice – enabling them to reach and recognise their potential, find an identity and build life skills and confidence in order to support recovery.

Our art groups have been providing a place where people can develop their creativity, relax, and make friends. We offer a social activity with a purpose in a friendly, non judgmental space where you can develop your untapped or forgotten creative skills and enjoy meeting new friends.
