It’s easy to learn and master.  It promotes body´s natural healing energy with the simple highly effective 18 steps. Doing it correctly, it:-

  • encourage connections - movement synchronising with breathing

  • combat physical & mental stress and more.

Suitable for all levels.

We also have social meetups for tea and coffee after the session and provide information on group events!
