Dany holds a YMCA Level 3 Matwork Pilates Diploma and additional qualifications in Pre- and Postnatal Pilates.
All classes take place in Tolworth.
Postnatal Pilates on Mondays, 2pm -3pm

Suitable for mums after sign-off by their midwife or GP (usually around 6–8 weeks postpartum) and up to 6 months after birth.
