Following a 12-year career in financial publishing, I decided it was time for a change and retrained as a Pilates instructor. I hold a YMCA Pilates level 3 mat work diploma and further qualifications in pre and postnatal Pilates.
Classes are all in Tolworth.
Monday 6:30pm-7:15pm, St George's Tolworth
General mat pilates class suitable for all levels. This class focuses on strength, flexibility and posture. All levels welcome.
Tuesday 10-11am, 8-9pm, St George's Tolworth
A relaxed 1 hour intermediate class focusing on strength, flexibility and posture.
Wednesday 9:15-10am, St George's Tolworth
A 45 minute class focusing on mindful movement to help you start the day feeling centred and strong. All levels welcome.
Saturday 9-9:45am, St George's Tolworth
Rise and shine, it's Pilates time! Get the weekend off to a great start with this 45-minute class. All levels welcome.
Postnatal Pilates, Monday 2pm, Tolworth Children's Centre
Suitable for mums after sign off by their midwife or GP (around 6-8 weeks postpartum) until baby is crawling.Attendees must be registered with Kingston Children’s Centres and bookings are via Tolworth Centre: 020 8339 9848
