This course introduces the fundamentals of matwork Pilates, focusing on building core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through mindful movement.
Run every Friday sessions run in six week blocks
You will learn key Pilates principles, essential exercises, and proper techniques to gain fitness, enhance strength, posture, and mobility while cultivating a mind-body connection.
Classes run every Friday in block sessions over 6-7 weeks.

Comfortable loose clothing suitable for gentle movements. Do not wear tight belts or bands around the waist. Footwear suitable for gentle exercise. It is advisable to have a top layer sweatshirt or thin fleece that can be worn during warm ups and removed as needed as the class progresses. It is advisable to bring a bottle with drinking water to the class. A yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have a yoga mat, please bring a large towel.
