We provide fun and inclusive football sessions in a safe and open environment for adults struggling with their mental wellbeing.

Join us for an hour in a safe and inclusive space for adults 18+ of varying abilities and experiences to improve your mental health. The session starts with a group wellbeing activity followed by football and physical activity.
All sessions will be held outdoors on 3G pitches so please wear appropriate active wear, shin pads and rubber soled boots/trainers (no metal studs).
Tuesdays, 2pm-3pm at the Weir Archer Centre, Kingsmeadow, Kingston
Fridays, 1:30pm-2:30pm at Canons Leisure Centre Mitcham, Merton
The sessions are friendly and inclusive. I’m grateful for the opportunity to participate and thereby help myself (and, hopefully, others).

Ki Gong classes for stress, anxiety and depression at the Hook Centre in Chessington every Wednesday evening at 6.30pm. Any age but some ability is needed. This class is ideal to help you deal with the stressful world we live in. Come along and meet the friendly group that attends the classes.
