We provide fun and inclusive football sessions in a safe and open environment for adults struggling with their mental wellbeing.

What is this activity?

Join us for an hour in a safe and inclusive space for adults 18+ of varying abilities and experiences to improve your mental health. The session starts with a group wellbeing activity followed by football and physical activity.

All sessions will be held outdoors on 3G pitches so please wear appropriate active wear, shin pads and rubber soled boots/trainers (no metal studs).

Tuesdays, 2pm-3pm at the Weir Archer Centre, Kingsmeadow, Kingston

Fridays, 1:30pm-2:30pm at Canons Leisure Centre Mitcham, Merton
