Ki-gong is a form of ancient Asian healing art. The main focus of this healing art is to combine the mind, the breath and the body.
We provide fun and inclusive football sessions in a safe and open environment for adults struggling with their mental wellbeing.

Join us for an hour in a safe and inclusive space for adults 18+ of varying abilities and experiences to improve your mental health. The session starts with a group wellbeing activity followed by football and physical activity.
All sessions will be held outdoors on 3G pitches so please wear appropriate active wear, shin pads and rubber soled boots/trainers (no metal studs).
Tuesdays, 2pm-3pm at the Weir Archer Centre, Kingsmeadow, Kingston
Fridays, 1:30pm-2:30pm at Canons Leisure Centre Mitcham, Merton
Sessions will be outdoors on 3G pitches so please wear appropriate active wear with rubber soled trainers or boots. Metal studs are not allowed.
There is parking on site.
