Long Covid Support Services

NHS England runs Long Covid support services. This includes Your Covid Recovery which supports patients by providing information and advice on living with long Covid. Local support is available in Kingston including active breathing courses and mental health support.

Your COVID Recovery helps you to understand long Covid, and what you might expect as part of your recovery.

It provides advice for those experiencing long Covid, and for those who are supporting a loved one with long Covid.
