At Kick-It we provide a free, evidence-based service for smokers who would like support in giving up smoking.

What is this service?

The health benefits from quitting start the moment you stop. Please call Kick It Stop Smoking Service on 0203 4342500 to book a session with a specialist stop smoking advisor. You will have access to a 6 week telephone support programme along with medication such as nicotine patches or a vape to help you quit.

All our clients receive six weeks of 1-1 support on the telephone from a specialist stop smoking advisor who will tailor their support to each individual.

  • Advice, guidance & access to medications to help you quit.

  • Access the service at your local GP surgery or pharmacy.

  • Get access to 6 weeks of FREE Kick-It support & you could be smoke-free for a lifetime.
