Home Instead Wimbledon and Kingston are proud to be partnering with the British Gymnastics Foundation to bring you Love to Move.
We are inviting older people to enjoy a chair-based exercise programme created by the British Gymnastics Foundation.
This works to benefit older people, including those with dementia and mild cognitive impairment, by enabling the left side and right side of the brain to process information separately.
It all helps to improve cognitive function, co-ordination and the ability to carry out daily activities more independently, as well as being a great way to get out and socialise!
The sessions take place every Wednesday from 10:30-12pm at New Malden Library.
