What is this service?

XenZone is an online mental health service for children, young people and adults. It offers free online counselling and resources to support young people with their emotional wellbeing.

On the website, users can:

  • Chat to our friendly counsellors

  • Read articles written by young people

  • Get support from the Kooth community

  • Write in a daily journal

Chat opening hours

Monday – Friday 12pm – 10pm

Saturday – Sunday 6pm – 10pm
