We are a local registered charity, providing independent information, advice, advocacy and support to unpaid carers of all ages including young carers aged 5 to 18.

Breaks and wellbeing activities
Advice and Advocacy for unpaid carers (see more below)
Peer support groups for carers including carers of people with dementia
Carers' Assessments on behalf of Kingston's Adult Social Care
Counselling and emotional support
Discounted complementary therapies
Young Carers Project for carers aged 5-18 including: respite activities; weekly youth groups; mentoring; advice and advocacy; and targeted support.
We can offer advice and advocacy on:
Welfare benefits and other entitlements
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Health and social care services
Being involved in the planning of patient care and preparation for discharge
Carers’ rights
Accessing breaks
Housing and adaptations
Employment and flexible working
Any unpaid carer supporting someone in the borough of Kingston can access our services.

Express CIC is an independent user led voluntary sector organisation supporting autistic young people and their families.

We offer advice, information and guidance by phone/email for those caring for someone with mental health difficulties. Monthly Peer-support group. 1:1 Face-to-face sessions are available each month on wards and community service at Tolworth Hospital.
