This class is for parents having their baby with Kingston Hospital. Both new and experienced parents are welcome to attend.

What is this service?

This 2 hour online class will cover all the information you need to get breastfeeding off to a good start. Partners are welcome to attend.

Topics covered include

  • How to establish breastfeeding

  • Stimulating your milk supply

  • Signs your baby is feeding well

  • Skin-to-skin contact

  • Common challenges

  • Coping strategies

  • How partners can become involved

We recommend attending your antenatal infant feeding class from when you are 34 weeks into your pregnancy. Classes are online.

About this event
