What is this service?
At Spectra, we’re here to support people, especially those from diverse and marginalised communities, to feel healthier, happier and more connected.
We help people make informed choices about their health, including sexual health and emotional wellbeing, and we work together to build resilience, reduce isolation and create a sense of belonging.
