GoodGym Kingston is a community of people who get fit by doing good. We run, walk, and cycle to help local community organisations and isolated older people by doing practical tasks.

GoodGym is not an ordinary gym. We offer a way to volunteer that fits into your life easily, making it easy to commit for the long-term.
Anybody can join, no matter your fitness level. All you need is a pair of trainers.
You can attend as often or as little as you like. Once you’re a member we'll do our best to help you achieve your fitness goals.
We also organise social events like parties and races so that you can get to know other members in our vibrant community.
Time to do a bit more?
Good Gym Missions involve helping at local community projects, as well as a run, all within 90 minutes.
How this works?
Meet the group at the area start point, drop your bag and run to a local community organisation
Work hard with the group digging, lifting, scraping and clearing for a good cause
Push yourself on the run back with some intervals or a fitness session
Our qualified area activator will help you stretch and celebrate what we've achieved

Our new Forever Active programme is for over 65’s, however we will be welcoming over 50’s, to improve their mobility, fitness and general wellbeing – physical and mental!
