Local exercise class for active older adults. It's fun and friendly, and will improve strength, balance, core stability and co-ordination. The music is a mixture of current and past hits, and is regularly changed for variety.

Wear clothes to move in, and supportive shoes such as trainers.

We use hand weights, so bring these if you have them. Also resistance balls and bands which can be purchased from Helen. Bring water too.
Fun exercise-to-music class, with no floor work and a friendly feel. Moves Fitness improved my balance, co-ordination and strength. Smiles all round!

A fun, welcoming weekly fitness session for adults. The session which begins with a light warm up followed by 30 mins of dynamic circuit exercises. The session is rounded up with a friendly kickabout and gentle stretching.

We support vulnerable adults who feel socially isolated, often due to mental health or learning disabilities. Through our many workshops and activities, we aim to help people build confidence, develop new skills and develop independence.
