We are excited to launch our new Forever Active programme in partnership with Kingston Council, and their Move Well, Stay Well project. This programme is for over 65’s, however we will be welcoming over 50’s, to improve their mobility, fitness and general wellbeing.
The Forever Active programme will take place across three centres in Kingston, including:
At each centre, we have introduced new group sessions that range from studio classes to outdoor sports activities. There is something for everyone.
Encourages physical activity in a safe, friendly environment
Improves mental health of those participating
Opportunity to make new friends with similar interests
A chance to try something new or revisit an old passion.
