The Forever Active programme has been developed in partnership with Kingston Council. It is part of a wider Move Well, Live Well range of local activities to help you stay active. These gentle exercise classes welcome people aged over 50, and people aged over 65 in particular. Forever Active is designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, fitness and general wellbeing. The first class is free, and you can drop-in to attend and book the class in which you are interested, or call first for more information.
The Forever Active programme is offered across three leisure centres in Kingston:
At each centre, there is a choice of classes throughout the week. These include chair-based exercise, walking football, 'Steady & Strong' everyday strength and stretching, low impact gym activities, and 'Mind & Body' session to help reduce stress whilst helping your balance and flexibility and posture.

Opportunity to meet new people with similar interests
A chance to revisit an old passion, or try something new, even if you have never been to a gym or fitness session before.

Forever Active Steady and Strong: 1.00pm - 2.00pm at Tolworth Recreation Centre
