A low intensity workout, including the use of exercise bands which are ideal for those looking to build their fitness or return to exercise following an operation or illness.
Each session is £4.20.

Our new Forever Active programme is for over 65’s, however we will be welcoming over 50’s, to improve their mobility, fitness and general wellbeing – physical and mental!
