KAB operates in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames in Greater London and offers a range of services and support for visually impaired people. In the borough there are over 1,000 people with varying degrees of sight loss.

We run a class called Feel Good Moves. It is specifically for the visually impaired community in and around the Kingston area and most of the class is audio described by our fitness instructor, Marion. The class is a mixture of yoga, tai chi and very gentle martial arts.
