What is this service?

KAB aims to provide varied social and leisure activities, clubs and support groups to promote independence and build confidence.

We organise activities such as Lawn Bowls and Ten Pin Bowling, and we also work closely with the Kingston Talking Newspaper.

To find out more about Ten Pin Bowling, or Indoor Lawn Bowls, please telephone the office on 020 8605 0060.

The Kingston upon Thames Talking Newspaper is recorded on a memory stick and distributed weekly free of charge.

It can, also, be listened to via the telephone on 0330 223 3452, via podcast, Amazon Echo, the Talking News App or the internet.
