What is this activity?

KAB sessions are weekly on Monday’s, 2pm-2.45pm, run by Simon from Wheels for All and our wonderful lead volunteer Eric. All sessions take place on the safe, clear, flat athletics track. You can choose which type of bike you feel most comfortable with:

  • A tandem bike with a volunteer leading you on front

  • A three-wheeler by yourself, with a volunteer riding alongside and guiding you by spoken instructions

  • A three-wheeler tandem bike, where you cycle together with your volunteer.

Please pre-book to ensure they have enough volunteers to assist you.
