What is this service?

This Stop Smoking course has been created to help you quit.

It’s really hard to give up smoking, but success is achievable and if you don’t succeed first, second or third time, don’t worry. Just try again, and hold onto that motivation to quit.

When it does happen, the good news is, 95% of ex-smokers notice positive changes within just two weeks of quitting. Our films and courses are designed to support you through this journey, providing effective strategies to help you become smoke-free, with information from some of the UK’s leading national and international specialists.
