Most of us spend a lot of time at work, and so it’s very important to make sure we are as happy and healthy in the workplace as we can be. We have interviewed leading national and international experts, covering a wide range of workplace issues, all related to our health and wellbeing. Even if you don’t think you have any problems yourself, our library of over 50 films about keeping well at work, will have information to help you assist friends, colleagues and team members who might be struggling. There is a wealth of information broken down into coherent, bite sized chunks. Sleep, for example, is something we all do, but we’re not all very good at it. If you haven’t taken the issue of sleep seriously, or accept a poor sleep pattern as inevitable, these films are for you.
All our information is designed to prevent or manage health problems caused by your work environment.

It has 3 CPD points and is designed to prevent stress and anxiety problems occurring, reduce GP visits and reduce absence from work. It has four interactive modules, including one on relaxation techniques, and is based around 20 films.
Our mission at The Sound Doctor is to improve the quality of life for people with long-term mental and physical health problems by educating them, their carers and their healthcare professionals about the most effective ways of managing their conditions.
Our vision is to bring practical, effective and credible information together in one place that will treat long term health as a complex and interconnected web of conditions and recognise that people with one condition may have other pressing needs.
