Surbitonian Gardens Care Home is purpose built with our residents in mind. It is divided into five households of sixteen with well appointed en-suite rooms, situated across three floors. We designed our amenities to reflect an environment where living life, as they want, comes naturally.

Every resident is an individual and at Surbitonian Gardens, we are committed to treating them as such. With unique personal care plans, each residents specific needs are looked after and all members of staff understand every residents interests and preferences
Our communal spaces are here for families, friends and young people. We provide a wide range of choice, including a cafe area, gift shop, tech hub, games room and private dining.

We provide tailored and strengths based one to one support in peoples homes, in community settings or as part of a partnership approach with other organisations to ensure people can sustain their tenancies, manage their skills for daily living and develop skills and confidence toward indepenence.
