We provide care and support community options for adults aged 18-65 with learning disabilities, autism and other care needs.
We provide tailored and strengths based one to one support in peoples homes, in community settings or as part of a partnership approach with other organisations to ensure people can sustain their tenancies, manage their skills for daily living and develop skills and confidence toward indepenence.

We specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live in their own homes within the borough of Kingston.
We used a strenghts based methodolgy to promote independence, rights and choices with all aspects of a persons daily living needs.
We will support you to realise your potential, your ambitions and to live safe and fulfilling life.
We currently support over 125 people in a variety of person centred support packages ranging from 5 hours to 90 hours a week.
We are a well established passionate support team of 35 staff that work all the year round – this includes a 24 hr emergency on call service.

Our visiting home care services enable you to live comfortably in your own home whilst essentially maintaining your independence.

We offer a warm and non-judgmental environment and our staff are committed to helping residents in all aspects of their lives focusing on mental health, physical wellbeing and education. We provide short-stay supported accommodation for a two-year period to get people back on their feet.
