We exist to improve the quality of life for care-experienced young adults with a connection to the London Borough of Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow. We also host the annual Cocoon Christmas Day.

Our outreach service is customer-focused and person-centred and is there to help with any aspects of your life where you may need support.

Our diverse and highly skilled staff team provide person-specific and targeted assistance. We make every effort to ensure that people are matched with someone who they are comfortable with and are happy to be supported by.

Our staff team will encourage, prompt and help you in a way that you want and when you need it. We can provide support in all locations, including homes, workplaces, community centres or hospital settings.

Our staff will provide support from a couple of hours a week, to a more intensive level of intervention if required. They will help build skills and confidence in relation to the general challenges of daily life.

We can also provide advice and guidance on money matters, managing your home and relationships with other key services you may be engaged with.
