What is this service?
We support adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live in their own homes within the borough of Kingston.
We used a strengths based methodology to promote independence, rights and choices with all aspects of a person's daily living needs.
We will support you to realise your potential, your ambitions and to live a safe and fulfilling life.
We currently support over 125 people in a variety of person centred support packages ranging from 5 hours to 90 hours a week.
We are a passionate support team of 35 staff that work all the year round – this includes a 24 hour emergency on call service.
