Online interactive rhyme time every Monday and Wednesday with Kingston Children’s Centre. Lots of fun, action songs and rhymes for you and your children.

Mother & Baby Pilates: Suitable for all mums and babies aged from 6-8 weeks to pre-crawlers (after post-natal check). Email communitylearningkae@kingston.gov.uk to find out more. Please note there may be a charge for this course.
Growbaby: Growbaby provides formula, nappies, baby food, baby clothes and equipment (up to 5 years)
Little Village HQ: Provide free baby equipment. To receive support, you need to be referred by a professional, such as a midwife, health visitor, food bank or local mutual support groups.
If you are pregnant and receive benefits or are under 18 you could be eligible for Healthy Start Vouchers. With Healthy Start, you get free vouchers every week to spend on milk, fresh, frozen, and tinned fruit and vegetables, fresh, dried, and tinned pulses, and infant formula milk. You can also get free vitamins.
Sure Start Maternity Grant is a one-off payment you might get to help with the cost of baby things if you are getting certain benefits or tax credits.
