Achieving for Children (AfC) supports children and young people from birth to 25 years old. We work on behalf of Kingston Council.
Everyone wants the best for their children, but it can be hard to know what to do as a parent as they grow up. That’s where HENRY comes in. HENRY is an approach to supporting happy and healthy families in Kingston.

We support the whole family by creating healthier and happier home environments and building a healthier community.
All the support for families is underpinned by the HENRY approach to supporting behaviour change which helps parents gain the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to help the whole family adopt a healthier, happier lifestyle and to give their children a great start in life.

Healthy Families Right from The Start 8-week Programme
Tuesday 7th October - Tuesday 25th October, Old Malden Children’s Centre @ 9.30-12.30 (limited crèche places available)
Fussy Eating Workshops-online
Friday 10th October @ 10-12pm and Thursday 4th December @ 10-12pm.
Starting solids workshops-face to face
Monday 29th September, Chessington Children’s Centre @ 1.00-3.00pm
Monday 3rd November, Kingston Town Children’s Centre @ 1.00-3.00pm
