The Stud is a community garden and training centre. Join us to learn new skills, build your confidence and make new friends. We offer a range of activities to choose from, such as cooking, woodwork, animal care and gardening.

What we offer:
Our three glasshouses and two polytunnels are developing into our own plant nursery, with plans to open for plant sales in the future.
Our art room and our woodworking room help facilitate our activities at The Stud, repairing and building new structures on site.
Companionship, both with the staff and volunteers as well as each other is a core part of our daily activity.
We are a registered AQA training provider, allowing our service users to receive qualifications in activities such as cooking, mental health and wellbeing, and horticulture experience.

We offer a range of activities for clients and volunteers on site and are always happy to discuss how people can get the most of out of the service.
The Stud Nursery is located at Home Park.
You can access via the gate on the north side of Kingston Bridge and following the driveway and signposts to the site.
Parking is limited. It is easiest to access us by walking or cycling.
