What is this service?

At SLOW we know that your grief cannot be fixed, and we do not strive to ‘make things better’. Instead we give you space and support, so that you may, in your own time, slowly rebuild your life.

What we offer:

An informal, quiet space for you to meet with other bereaved parents and siblings and share your experiences.

In-person (Islington and Croydon) and virtual (Zoom) groups for bereaved parents. Our adult sibling groups meet primarily online.

Creative workshops for bereaved siblings (aged 6-15 years) in North London.

You can find out more information about the virtual and in person groups we run, all facilitated by trained bereaved parents and siblings on our website.

I can say with 100% belief that without the support of SLOW that I would not be here today. SLOW is a charity that means so much me.
