What is this service?

As experts in mental illness, we know that with the right support and information people severely affected by mental illness can have a good quality of life. That’s why our aim is to meet each person’s individual needs and make sure everyone living with a mental illness is treated with dignity and respect.

Our services and groups

We support tens of thousands of people every year through our diverse range of mental health services and life-changing support groups. These are vital in helping people get through crises, live independently and recognise that they don’t have to face mental illness alone.

Rethink Trust Corporation

Many carers of people with mental illness worry that when they die, the person they care for might struggle financially. The Rethink Trust Corporation can give your loved one a secure financial future and peace of mind for you.

Mental health training

We deliver tailored courses to help people better understand mental health and how they can provide the best support to someone living with mental illness.

One in four people will experience a mental illness in their lifetime - it is not as uncommon as you think. We have put together over 100 pages of advice and information to help. You can also find all of our Support Groups near you.
