Our specialist advisers offer:

Personalised mental health support for nine months, focused on work-related challenges.

  • Coping strategies to manage mental health effectively.

  • Support plans to help you stay in or return to work.

  • Advice on workplace adjustments to support you in your role.

  • Practical guidance for managing mental health at work.

We’ve helped thousands of people across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Eligibility:

  • You must be in permanent or temporary employment.

  • You must have a mental health condition (diagnosed or undiagnosed) that has caused workplace absence or is making it hard to stay in work.
